At Inspire, we work to enhance safety, justice, and opportunities for healing for survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. We achieve this through training, technical assistance, and policy development designed to strengthen the capacity of organizations, communities, and institutions working to improve responses to these forms of abuse.

We recognize that supervised visitation and safe exchange programs play a critical role in a community’s response to survivor safety, justice, and healing. These programs offer a structured, human-centered environment where safety and accountability are prioritized.

“At Inspire, we remind one another that love and courage are abundant. We encourage generosity and compassion and offer a reminder that we are all in this together. Together, we are stronger.”
— Inspire Action Team

We understand that this work can feel complex and challenging. Inspire’s efforts are guided by best practices to strengthen civil justice responses and provide training and assistance that enhance community capacity in addressing the needs of survivors.

Our work is grounded in the belief that change is possible. We facilitate healing by supporting, training, and introducing new possibilities for those engaged in supervised visitation and safe exchange services.

Our training and technical assistance services include:

  • Developing model practices to improve responses.

  • Providing evidence-based training to enhance the skills of professionals working with survivors and families.

  • Collecting and analyzing data to inform best practices.

  • Supporting the development of community-based solutions that enhance survivor safety and well-being.

Delivering these services with a focus on safety, trust, and well-being requires both skill and support. We’re here to provide that support and ensure that communities have the tools and resources they need to respond effectively to the civil justice needs of survivors.
